Santa Fe • Cooking & Grilling Sauce

A spicy sauce of the southwest. That pretty much sums it up. Look at the ingredients below and you can see why it lends itself to be called a Southwest cooking sauce. Pepper, powder, more pepper like stuff and more powder stuff. Yup! That's pretty much it, but don't let a list of ingredients like that fool you into thinking you know what it tastes like. See the Canola Oil, Vinegar, and Brown Sugar? Those are the first ingredients that set the pace for the rest of the ingredients.

This sauce has a deep red color and is excellent on pork and poultry items. Use this to spice up a soup and flavor some rice for a southwestern flair.
