Ingredients:

1 (12-ounce) package Nature’s Rancher
Grilled Chicken Strips, frozen
1 pear, cored and diced
sea salt to taste
4 cup 365 Everyday Value® Organic Fresh
Ginger Miso dressing, plus more for serving
2 tablespoons water
12 large organic heirloom lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons sliced almonds (optional)

Directions:

    Place frozen chicken strips in a large nonstick or well-seasoned
    cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently,
    until chicken begins to soften, 2 to 3 minutes. Add pear and salt;
    continue to cook until pear is soft, 3 to 4 minutes longer. Stir in
    dressing and water; simmer just until chicken is heated through,
    about 2 minutes. Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter and spoon
    chicken mixture evenly over leaves. Roll up leaves and serve with
    extra dressing on the side for dipping. Serves 3 to 4.
